Description
Cummins Inc.'s Cerealine Building and grounds in Columbus, a south-central Indiana city that has become a destination for fine art and architecture lovers. The brick building was constructed in 1880 for the Cerealine Company, maker of Toasted Cerealine Flakes, colloquially called simply Cerealine -- a brand name for raw-flake cereal made from a boiled-corn substance called grits. The building is now (2016) part of a complex of buildings owned by the Cummins engine company.
